CONSUMER Complaints/Compliance Department - 

Use this mailbox if you have any questions or complaints about a dealer, vehicle purchase or lease, an advertising concern, or just wish to ask a general compliance question.

Report CURBSIDERS - 

Use this mailbox to report curbsiders. Curbsiders are individuals selling vehicles as a business but they are not licensed to do so. Often they pose as private sellers. Please send us a tip if you know of a curbsider. Any information provided is kept confidential and you can remain anonymous.

DEALER/SALESPERSON Registration Department -

Use this mailbox if you have any questions about becoming a dealer or salesperson or, if you are already registered and wish to update your profile (contact info, change of location, etc.), make a request for decals, or if you would like to make an override request.

Motor Vehicle Dealers COMPENSATION FUND -

Use this mailbox if you have incurred a financial loss as a result of a purchse from a registered dealer. The Fund administrator will provide advice regarding eligibility criteria and procedures.
