Insured Warranty Providers

Dealers are required to ensure warranty contracts comply with all requirements under the new MVDA. Dealers can only sell extended warranty products that are insured, or for which a letter of credit to the Compensation Fund has been provided. The list of insured warranty providers can be found here.

MVDA Classes of Registration Notice

The new MVDA sets out new classes and subclasses of registration for dealers. To ensure your dealership is assigned to the right class, dealers should read the following notice.

OMVIC Certification Course
