Due to the serious risks posed by the COVID-19 virus, OMVIC’s head office is closed to visitors and staff are working remotely.
Registrants seeking to renew or change registration, and new salesperson applicants seeking registration, are encouraged to use OMVIC’s online registration services.
For those who cannot access OMVIC’s Online Registration Services, paper applications can be submitted by downloading/printing, completing, signing, scanning and emailing the application to email@example.com. For assistance, registration staff are available to assist by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. At this time OMVIC cannot accept paper applications sent by mail.
Processing delays: The unprecedented health crisis we currently face has required complex and rapid business decisions – it has also impacted OMVIC’s capacity to maintain some service levels. Registration staff are working as quickly as possible however some applications may require longer than usual processing times.
